The current real estate market is very interesting and offers opportunities for Buyers and Sellers. Buyers have greater purchasing power with low interest rates. Sellers have an opportunity to sell without too much competition as current inventory levels are low in many parts of the island. We are in a balanced market now; good for buyers and sellers. I have over 20 years of experience in real estate sales, and have been through several different market cycles. My goal is to help my clients reach their real estate goals. Born and raised in Nuuanu Valley in Honolulu, I know what makes different neighborhoods special!
Nancy graduated from Punahou School in 1974 and earned a degree in Business Management from Whitworth College, in Spokane, Washington in 1978. She has been a consistent top producer in the company since 1993, and recently completed her second 3-year term on the Board of Directors for the Honolulu Board of Realtors. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and is an ePRO designee. She is a second generation Realtor in her family, and now works with the 3rd generation, her daughter, Ashley. We hold a tradition of delivering gracious service and professionalism.
